Virgin StartUp, part of the Virgin Group, provides loans, mentorship and resources to UK entrepreneurs. The platform has become essential to thousands of founders during their early business journeys.

Challenge

The original platform suffered from significant UX and conversion issues, particularly within the loan application process, causing high user drop-off rates and confusion. Mobile usability was poor and navigation unclear. The mandate was for me to completely redesign the UX to create an intuitive, accessible digital experience aligned with Virgin's standards and brand.
